Meet some key individuals from our team:

Hernan Wilkinson: He graduated in Computer Sciences, from Facultad de Ciencias Exactas y Naturales in UBA. He has been teaching Object Oriented Programming and Advanced Design with Objects in the same University for more that ten years. He is also professor in the Software Engineer Master’s degree at the UCA. He has been working as a programmer, architect, technology and development manager in different companies such as IBM, Banco Galicia and Mercap SRL. He has been speaker in different international congresses such as OOPSLA (Object Oriented Programming, Systems, Languages and Applications), ESUG (European Smalltalk User Group) and Smalltalks 2008. He is part of the organization committee of the Smalltalk Argentinian Congress and he has participated in several open-source projects.

Jorge Silva: Systems Engineer graduated from Universidad Tecnologica Nacional, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has been working on OO technologies for more than 5 years. In academic field, he is an assistant teacher, transmitting object oriented design principles in the same university. Also, he has participated in diverse seminaries and conferences, as a speaker as well as organizer. In professional field, he has been working distinguished companies such as Globant, Synapsis and Mercap, taking part of different international projects for Uruguay, Colombia, Venezuela, United States and Canada.

Emilio Gutter: Graduated in Information Systems, from Universidad de Buenos Aires. He is a certified ScrumMaster and certified ScrumPractitioner with strong experience coaching and implementing Agile across different projects. Also, he is strongly committed with the local Agile community and he was a member of the organization committee for Agiles2008, first Agile conference in Latin America. In the professional field, he has been working in software development area for more than 10 years, participating in several projects for Argentina, Brazil, United Kingdom, United States, Romania and France. He has performed as software developer, project leader and agile coach with experience in different industries such as credit services; media & entertainment; advertising; travel & leisure among others.

Alejandra Alfonso: Graduated in Computer Science from Universidad de Buenos Aires. She has many years of experience in the IT industry, being specialized in software architecture for Java Enterprise applications and more recently in agile software development. She has been working with agile methods since year 2002. She contributed to many development projects and coached teams from different companies to adopt agile principles and practices. She has experience in agile development for industries such as credit & financial services; publishing; telecommunications; and e-commerce. She was part in many distributed agile projects involving countries such as Argentina, Mexico, US, UK, France and Romania. She is actively involved in the Latin American agile community and was a member of Ágiles 2008 and Ágiles 2009 organization teams.
